Return and Exchange Policy – ​​Suhad Specialty Coffee

  1. Fresh Coffee:
    Because our coffee products are prepared to order to maintain quality and freshness, we do not accept returns or exchanges after receiving the order, except in the following cases:
    The order arrives incorrectly (product different from the invoice).
    The product is clearly damaged upon receipt.
    In these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order via email or the contact number listed on the website and provide proof (photo or video) of the damage or error. The case will be reviewed within 1-2 business days. After review and approval, you will be compensated with either a reshipment or a refund, as we deem appropriate.
  2. Coffee Preparation Tools:
    We understand that some coffee preparation tools may be damaged during shipping. Therefore, we accept replacement or compensation requests in the following cases:
    The product arrives damaged or broken.
    There is a clear manufacturing defect.
  3. Conditions:
    We must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
    The customer is required to provide clear photos of the damaged product and a photo of the shipping box (if applicable).
    After reviewing and approving the case, we will resend the replacement product at no additional cost, or compensate the customer, depending on the situation.
  4. General Conditions:
    No return or exchange requests will be accepted after the above period.
    Compensation does not cover damages resulting from misuse or improper storage by the customer.
    Suhad Specialty Coffee reserves the right to reject any request if sufficient evidence is not available or the above conditions are not met.

Shipping Policy – Suhad Specialty Coffee

  1. Shipping and Delivery:
    We deliver orders within the Kingdom of Bahrain (with the possibility of expanding in the future).
    Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order, and delivery is expected within 48 hours.
    Delivery times may vary during public holidays or special seasons, and we will inform you of any delays.
  2. Shipping Fees:
    A delivery fee of 1,500 Bahraini Dinars is charged to all areas of the Kingdom of Bahrain and is clearly shown upon order completion.
    Shipping is free for orders of 20 Bahraini Dinars or more.
